Founded as the manufacturing division of AEO, EEC (Egyptian Engineering Company) has emerged as a prominent market leader in the Middle East, renowned for delivering cutting-edge solutions in the following sectors energy, infrastructure, environmental and fabrication.
Following its separation from AEO, EEC started to expand the business and serve external companies beside AEO. This expansion helped EEC swiftly emerge as Egypt’s premier steel fabrication facility, ascending to enter the KSA and UAE market, and eventually becoming accredited by their highest authorities. Renowned for the unrivaled expertise, EEC managed to specialize in designing and manufacturing top-quality tanks and pressure vessels specifically tailored for water, oil & gas, and petrochemical treatment applications.

Ibrahim Adel, Founder, 1936 - 2008
Our company was founded by the visionary Engineer Ibrahim Adel. Born in 1936, his passion for engineering led him to Cairo University, where he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering in 1957.
Following his graduation, Eng. Adel embarked on a distinguished career serving his country in the Egyptian Army. Rising through the ranks, he attained the esteemed position of Major General before his retirement in 1976.
Driven by a desire to contribute to the nation’s development, Engineer Adel established Arab Engineering Office (AEO) in 1976. AEO flourished as an electromechanical contractor, undertaking significant projects across Egypt. Recognizing the need for a dedicated manufacturing arm, Engineer Adel then founded the Egyptian Engineering Company. This strategic move ensured a reliable source of high-quality components for AEO’s projects.
Engineer Adel’s legacy extends beyond the companies he built. His unwavering dedication to engineering excellence and his commitment to serving his country continue to inspire us today.
Tarek Ibrahim Adel, CEO
Eng. Tarek brings over 26 years of diversified experience to his role as the Chief Executive Officer of EEC, a leading engineering firm in the Middle East. He joined EEC in 1995 and has been instrumental in its growth and success. Eng. Tarek possesses a unique blend of technical and business expertise. His engineering background includes specializations in energy, infrastructure, environment, and manufacturing. He leverages this knowledge alongside his business skills in areas like development, contract negotiation, and management. This combination allows him to create strategic product roadmaps and guide the development of cutting-edge solutions that push the industry’s standards forward. Tarek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University (1990) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (2017).
Mohamed Ibrahim Adel, GM
General Manager with over 25 years of varied experience in overseeing the manufacturing operations of our valued organization. Works to meet strategic goals and manage all staff. Creates and implements strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production processes. Implement strategies to enhance productivity, minimize downtime, reduce production costs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and product quality requirements. Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce 1997 – Cairo University.
Iman Ibrahim Adel, Deputy CEO
Deputy Chief Executive Officer, working alongside the CEO to establish strong partnership link. Also, provides strategic leadership and consultation for the dynamic technical office team and direct management for the Services Manager over 20 years of experience. Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering - Cairo University.
Hoda Ibrahim Adel, Partner
Hoda is a non-acting partner in the Egyptian Engineering Company. However, she is a Head of Mechanical Department at rmc providing design and project management for mechanical systems and facilities. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The American University Cairo, 1998, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo, Egypt, 2007.
